If you’re having a bit of a tough day today… Here’s a bit of encouragement for you. In everything, give thanks to God.
He didn’t ask us to give thanks because of the circumstances, but in the circumstances. You may not understand what is going on in the problem you are facing, but stopping for a moment to quietly thank God for who he is and for his purpose for your life will start to bring peace to your heart. He knows the end from the beginning and a choice to be thankful, despite your emotions is showing obedience to his ways. He is so faithful and is able to turn your situation around, as you fill your heart with thankfulness. If you’re looking for his will, this is a great part of it to fulfil.
Our prayer is that you will find the comfort that you are looking for. That the Holy Spirit will walk alongside you and be with you.
